The ServSafe® Food Safety Training Program leads the way in providing current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry. More than 2 million foodservice professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). ServSafe training and certification is recognized by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.
The first day class is now offered either in a classroom environment as scheduled or as independent study at your convenience on the internet. Visit www.attheinstitute.com to see a sample of the class material, class registration is required for full access.
You will need to bring photo ID, social security card and your course book to the second class. No one will be admitted to the exam class without these items. You will need to take notes so be prepared with writing material and a notebook
