For 38 years, we have had the distinct honor of training chefs and hospitality leaders who have helped shape the industry.
However, after nearly four decades of operation, we must share the difficult news that JNA Institute has officially ceased operations in January 2026.
Thank you for the memories, milestones, and trust you placed in us for the past 38 years. Though our halls will grow quiet, the spirit of JNA Institute of Culinary Arts lives on in each of you and the mark you make in the hospitality industry.
